It's been a little while since my last post due to the holidays but we're back today with a bang! 10 Sandbag Floor Press 5 Sandbag Get Ups (each side) 200m run Repeat for as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes. Men should aim for a 30kg sandbag; women aim for 15kg. Record your score. Train hard!
